Target 4.5" Exclusives

A large number of Target exclusives were released in 1999 including 4.5 inch, 9 inch, Transporter Series, and Twin Packs. Target charged $9.99 for the 4.5" carded figures. Many times the figures would be shipped on time to Target by Playmates, but they wouldn't get put out because of the amount of figures from previous waves on shelves. These were all clearanced after christmas in 1999.

Each figure was limited to 10,000 Pieces, Except for Data and Seven in Silver, 7,500 Datas were produced, and 12,500 Seven of Nines.

Seven of Nine Released  in May 1999 She was packed with a ratio of 5:3 over Data - but even still it was hard to find her.   Playmates demonstrated some unusual market saavy by making her more available.
