Spencer Gifts 9" Exclusives

Often produced in higher quantities and prices approaching double what you'd pay at discount retailers like Target, the Spencers exclusives are generally not difficult to obtain.  The figure selection is also not very exciting.

The 9 inch Spencer Exclusives were priced at $35, nearly double normal retail prices.  Neither Picard or Riker are very unique or interesting to explain the price.
