9-inch Collector Series.
Above is a Mock-up picture Playmates producted for the Insurrection 9" Assortment. This was done to give retailers something to see, while they continued to sculpt the real things. Note, Geordi's Visor was just removed, Riker has a Beard, Anij is a Dax Head, Worf and Troi have rooted hair, and Ru'afo is a Jem H'adar head.
2 Waves of 9" Figures were released, the first wave, "Wave A", was released in Late November 1998/Early December 1998, and included Picard, Data, Troi, and LaForge. "Wave B" included Anij, Worf, Ru'afo, and Riker, and was released in December 1998.
