The Warp Factor Series 1 was available in the U.K. on blister cards that have the tent or triangle-shaped peg hole, instead of the J-hook mount.
No gamecard was included with the figure, and the game description area in the lower right hand corner of the card backside was changed.
A Bandai sticker was added to the back of the card.
Only approximately 1000 of the O'Brien figures were released in the United Kingdom. Note that the U.S. figure was released with the carded insert showing the USS Defiant, but the U.K. version shows the Original Enterprise.
